I am a proud native of Detroit and am passionate about helping people create meaningful change in their lives. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2011 and have spent more than a decade providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults. I work collaboratively with my clients to build practical tools, foster resilience, and create a path towards lasting well-being.

I have extensive training specific to substance use, insomnia, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I believe in meeting each client where they are and tailoring my approach to fit the person rather than the problem. I am additionally experienced processing the unique challenges of military life with our veterans and active-duty military personnel.
