I combine insight-oriented talk therapy with movement-based work — from simple grounding techniques to more expressive movement, entirely at your comfort level — while naming the cultural and systemic forces that shape your well-being, not just the symptoms. I offer sessions both in English and Japanese.
Without that space, it's easy to keep carrying trauma alone and mistake surviving it for healing from it.
The goal is for you to feel reconnected to your own resilience — rooted in your body, shaped by your story, and no longer working against you.
