Most of what brings people to therapy has roots in not feeling safe, not trusting yourself or others, or hiding parts of who you are just to get by. Relational therapy works because we get to those roots directly through the relationship we build together. When words aren't enough, EMDR can help move what talk alone sometimes can't.
