I am here to support you in better understanding how you experience joy and process suffering. If you feel stuck, isolated, or constantly in your head, there are ways to work towards being more present and shedding old patterns. Our journey together can help you heal old wounds and find safety in your relationship with self and others. My focus includes working with clients who have undergone major life transitions including trauma, leaving home, loss of community, and moving through different life stages. I light up working with young people transitioning to adulthood, new/expecting parents, and 1st/2nd gen immigrants.
I strongly believe in self-reflection and untraining from toxic systems as part of the healing journey. The intention behind our work is to co-create a space to practice vulnerability and radical self-acceptance. We can re-author the script from "What's wrong with you?" to "What happened to you? How does that affect your reactions and your relationships?”
My therapeutic style is nurturing, humorous and grounded in pushing back against the way things "should" be. If this perspective resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out to see if we could be a good fit. I am committed to showing up as a calming presence and bringing a fierce curiosity to better understand you as a whole and unique person.
