Hi! My name is Sara Gilbert, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I work with adults and adolescents via Telehealth and specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, grief/loss, and increasing self-empowerment. I use Strength-based, Humanistic, and Mindfulness approaches to help you to create an inner union and learn a deeper sense of freedom and joy.
I am warm, compassionate, and a great listener. I provide levity while I can also be direct and challenge you in order to help you to let go of old ideas and behaviors that may no longer serve you. I am supportive and encouraging to re-learn unconditional self-love, forgiveness, and acceptance.
