I currently have limited evening and weekend availability! Everyone experiences life differently, but one thing that we all have in common is that we don't feel our best all of the time. I believe that each person has the ability to improve the way that they're feeling. I want to learn what your strengths are so that together we can find skills that will empower you, and help you to move closer to where you want to be.
I have worked to support adolescents and adults with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I'm particularly interested in working with individuals who have experienced infertility.
