With specializations in research-based modalities - including EMDR, I empower my clients with the knowledge and understanding to face their challenges, stressors, or symptoms head-on. And in that process, free yourself from the mental barriers and fog weighing you down.
This is accomplished by partnering with my clients to develop a comfortable one-of-a-kind plan where no problems are too big or small. Leveraging clinical experience across a variety of populations – including children, teens, and adults – as well as a variety of settings - schools and psychiatric hospitals - and needs - including complex trauma, depression and addiction - I am confident we can develop a guided path exclusive to your needs.
