Therapy can be a transformative space for gaining insight into your life and understanding why certain patterns or behaviors may repeat, even when you want to change. My goal is to help clients feel empowered to take control of their thought patterns and confidently take an active role in their lives. I use an integrative approach pulling from different evidence based treatment modalities: cognitive behavioral therapy, family based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. My style is both collaborative and structured, offering support and guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
I specialize in helping individuals manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and body image concerns. I have experience working with a range of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and binge eating disorder.
I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring and processing their emotions. Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation and see if we’re a good fit to work together. I look forward to hearing from you.
