Beginning therapy takes courage, but it can also be the start of finding your way back to yourself. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed or self-identifying neurodivergent adults who have spent years masking, overworking, or feeling disconnected. I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming therapy for autism and ADHD. Whether you’re navigating burnout, PDA, rejection sensitivity, executive function challenges, or self-doubt, I offer space to process, rebuild self-trust, and live more authentically. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring compassion, validation, and practical tools for real change.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, PTSD, and complex trauma. I also support couples in improving connection, communication, and developing secure attachment. I’ll meet you with warmth, honesty, and strategies that honor your nervous system. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to mask or perform—just be fully yourself.

My approach is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in compassion. I integrate evidence-based methods to support emotional regulation, healing, and self-trust.
