Do you feel like you're working twice as hard just to keep up, and wondering why everything seems harder for you than it does for everyone else? Many of my clients are exhausted from years of people-pleasing, overthinking, masking, or trying to meet expectations that don’t fit who they are. I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adults with ADHD and autism; including those who are self-diagnosed or adjusting to a late diagnosis. Together, we'll build deeper self-understanding, practical strategies that work with your brain rather than against it, and relief from shame, anxiety, and chronic self-doubt.
Many neurodivergent people get stuck in patterns of perfectionism and over-functioning that helped them survive, but this eventually leads to burnout and disconnection from themselves. I help clients find a way to move through life with more self-trust, authenticity, and ease. Therapy is at your pace, and you don’t have to perform or translate yourself here.
I hold an affirming space for all genders, relationship styles, sexualities, and bodies. My approach is warm, honest, and practical, with a focus on helping you feel safe enough to show up as yourself without judgment or pressure to fit a mold.
