I utilize CBT and IFS for depression, anxiety, body image issues, and ADHD. I also use EMDR to address issues such as unresolved trauma. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I also have a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.
