I know how hard taking the first step to getting help can be, both personally and in relationships. I feel honored to walk alongside those who are facing obstacles and trying to find their way. Life can be messy! Whether you are feeling stuck in the same repetitive cycles, experiencing a life transition, navigating grief and pain, or have experienced trauma in your life that is effecting your most cherished relationships and personal happiness, I want to be able to help you get where you want to be, both in life and you’re your relationships.
My approach to therapy is largely informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory, with the incorporation of experiential methods. I also utilize Structural Family Therapy and am level 1 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy with level 2 on the way.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading a good fantasy novel, and being one of the loudest moms at my children’s sporting events – but most of all I enjoy family time with her husband, two sons, daughter, bonus daughter, and fur baby – the Chocolate Lab – Coco Jones.
