Finding the right therapist is important because effective therapy elicits change and guides individuals toward living more fulfilled lives. I am a committed, interactive and non-judgmental therapist who loves what I do and am grateful for the opportunity to connect with clients and work together to develop solutions and reach goals. I specialize in helping adults struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship issues, and substance abuse. I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) in my work with clients.
