One of the approaches I use is EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps people process traumatic and other distressing experiences. As we process past memories and their emotional intensity decreases, we end up experiencing more clarity, capability, and a greater sense of control to make choices that align with the values, life, and relationships we want.
My goal is to create an authentic and non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are.
