I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is committed to supporting individuals, couples and families as they work to change their own lives. As a former special educator, I utilized a strength-based and individualized approach with my students. I have taken this approach with me in my work as a therapist, viewing all my clients as unique and capable beings.
Research shows that the quality of the relationship between client and therapist is the only reliable and the most powerful predictor of a positive outcome in therapy. As such, my highest priority in our work is developing a relationship with you that is build on trust, collaboration and respect.
