About
Please note: I am currently not accepting new clients. I wish you the best in finding the right fit, and will update my availability when I have openings. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is committed to supporting individuals, couples and families as they work to change their own lives. As a former special educator, I utilized a strength-based and individualized approach with my students. I have taken this approach with me in my work as a therapist, viewing all my clients as unique and capable beings.
Research shows that the quality of the relationship between client and therapist is the only reliable and the most powerful predictor of a positive outcome in therapy. As such, my highest priority in our work is developing a relationship with you that is build on trust, collaboration and respect.
Asking for help is often the first step, and the first step is often the most vulnerable step we take. You have just taken a tremendous step in changing your life, even if you currently feel stuck. I would be honored to be a compassionate agent of change in your journey.
