I have worked in the field of psychotherapy for over a decade and specialize in a wide range of treatment approaches to meet the individual needs of my clients. I currently work with teens, adults and older adults. My specialities include life transitions, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, addiction related issues and issues facing college aged students.
I strongly believe that each of us has an innate ability to heal and move past our wounds, leading to a fulfilling and joyful life. I currently see clients in person two days per week in the Raleigh County WV area and via telehealth on a HIPAA compliant platform two days per weeks in the states of WV, VA and NC.
