My focus is on helping couples and individuals overcome obstacles from their past or present in a manner that allows them to become successful in life now. I recognize how hurts and traumas from our past impact how we feel about ourselves and sometimes come out in our relationships. I strive to assist people in finding their inner strength and develop a stronger sense of self-confidence. My "ideal client" is the individual who desires to no longer be held captive by the events of their past and is ready and motivated to create their best possible life. Let's "deep dive" together! I also provide LCMHCA supervision for NC.
For 20 years I have been assisting people to live better lives and to overcome their pasts. I have discovered that many issues in couples arise from unresolved traumas. I have a desire to assist couples and individuals to overcome trauma, grief/loss and abuse as well as assist people with developing healthier communication skills and stronger relationships.
