Hello there! How are you? Are you feeling stressed, anxious, sad or irritable ? I provide Initial Screening/Assessment and Diagnosis and individual and family psychotherapy. My focus is on your overall wellness using Cognitive Behavioral Approach, safe space, compassion and acceptance to treat symptoms of Depression, Divorce, Adoption, personality disorders, Autism, Adjustment, Anxiety, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Health problems, corporate culture, job changes, Chronic Pain, Parenting, Stress, Highly sensitive, Trauma, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, LGBTQ and other DSM 5-TR disorder symptoms. Ages 4-104.
We will work together to help you process your thoughts, behaviors and move forward with treatment with face-to-face sessions provided online. Please bring your art supplies if you would like to be guided through art experiential. Teachers and Professionals welcome! Please let me know if you need more intensive treatment allowing you more sessions weekly.
