As a therapist, my primary goal is to ensure each session is client-centered—meaning you are at the heart of the work we do together. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to grow.
I tailor each session to fit your unique needs, often incorporating your interests—such as art, writing, music, or crafting—into our work together. When appropriate, I love to bring humor into the room, because I believe that laughter can be a powerful tool in the healing process.
I have 12 plus years of experience providing mental health services to adolescents and adults in the school, detention, foster care, college, and community setting. I have experience with diagnoses and issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, anger, and more. I have been trained in CBT, EMDR, MI, TF-CBT, and A-CRA.
Overall, my goal is to provide non-judgmental support and to walk along side of my clients during the highs and the lows that may come during the therapy journey.
