Welcome, I am so glad you’re here! If you are hesitating about reaching out, that is natural & I can make the process easier. I have experience with children, teens, adults, families, and college students. I became inspired to work with women in the prenatal/pregnancy/postpartum periods after the birth of my son. I specialize in this unique area of transition into & through parenthood that can include (but are not limited to) issues related to severe stress, trauma, anxiety, mood changes, parenting, identity, sexuality, relationships, body image, self-esteem, self-awareness, & life balance. I offer a culturally sensitive approach.

My work is person-centered & I am intensively trained in Trauma-Focused CBT & Phase 1 of Brainspotting. I have extensive experience with persons with trouble expressing emotions, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, trauma, low self-esteem, identity, & stress. I also see clients who are LGBTQIA+ with concerns around coping, relationships, family, & coming out.

You are unique: no one else was created just like you & your story has a purpose. We will work together to create your personal therapy experience to meet your goals. Therapy is a risk worth taking to invest in yourself & you deserve to have yourself as a priority in your life. Come as you are and let’s see if we are a good fit! I can't wait to meet you!

¡Hola!
