Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey towards happiness and resilience? As an intern at The Healing Journey and a dedicated graduate student pursuing my MS in Clinical Counseling at Austin Peay State University, I am here to support you every step of the way. I specialize in working with individuals, children, families, and couples. I am passionate about helping clients navigate and heal from their past traumas. I believe in the power of resilience and the ability of every individual to create their own happiness. My goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles and build a fulfilling life.
I believe that every person is unique and deserves a tailored approach to therapy. By combining Feminist Theory and CBT, I focus on understanding the societal and cognitive factors that impact your mental health. For children, I utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy to create a safe space for expression and healing.
I am committed to advocating for my clients and challenging the systems that hold them back. With a special focus on neurodivergent individuals and a commitment to gender-affirming care, I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate and effective counseling regardless of who they are. I am currently accepting patients for Mondays and Wednesdays.
