Hello! I am a late- diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, which has led to my passion for helping others navigate a world where neurodivergence can be looked down upon. I also have years of experience with developmental trauma. I have completed the Level 2 Complex Trauma Professional Training. I integrate a multimodal approach in my work, including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, IFS, Family Systems and Attachment Based Therapy.
