About
I'm a licensed clinical social worker in an individual practice. I work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I also provide couples and family therapy. Areas of focus within my practice are: anxiety, depression, grief, family/relational conflict and communication strategies.
I have specialized training in mindfulness practices and strategies. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is documented to be highly effective in managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, in addition to other behavioral health needs.
