Congratulations on making the decision to search for a counselor. It is my belief that despite increasing awareness into the field of psychology and counseling, there still exists a pervasive stigma that can keep us from seeking the help we need. Making the decision to get into treatment can be very challenging but also very rewarding and at Breathe Easy we are dedicated to doing whatever we can for each client to make this transition as comfortable as possible. It is our goal to meet the individual needs of each client as we all have different concerns, strengths, and experiences.
My treatment approach includes a variety of backgrounds including a strengths-based approach which promotes individual strengths rather than focusing on our diagnosis. By focusing on our strengths we are provided with more options in our treatment which can include higher feelings of self-worth.

Our initial sessions are designed to get to know you and your strengths as well as what you came into therapy to address. From there, we develop a treatment plan collaborating with you to achieve your goals.
