Hi, I’m Sara. I work with adults, teens and families who feel stuck in patterns they’re ready to change—whether that shows up in relationships, emotional reactions, or the way they cope with stress, anxiety, or past experiences. Many of my clients come in already self-aware. They can see what’s not working, but don't know what or how to change, and feel frustrated that things don’t actually shift.
