I enjoy supporting children, teens, and families. With children, I offer play therapy interventions to encourage healthy processing and emotion expression. With teens, I focus on creating a strong relationship built on mutual trust and respect. In working with adults and parents, I aim to work collaboratively with you to meet your identified goals. I am a genuine, accepting, and positive individual, and I aim to bring that presence to each counseling session to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
Therapeutic Approach: With child clients, I offer play therapy and expressive arts therapy techniques. With teens and adults, I offer CBT, DBT, and mindfulness interventions. I utilize training in Family Systems and Trauma-Informed Therapy to ensure I meet your needs. I am flexible in my approach, and want to work together to create a helpful experience.
