Hi, I’m Sara Davis (she/her), a Licensed Graduate Social Worker passionate about supporting young adults and adults as they navigate life’s transitions, relationships, identity, and mental health. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the College of St. Scholastica, and my approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and person-centered. I specialize in working with college students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, those healing from trauma, and people managing anxiety or depression. I have experience supporting people living with co-occurring disorders and serious and persistent mental illness. My goal is to create a safe space where healing, growth, and connection can happen.
My work draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), relational-cultural therapy (RCT), and somatic approaches.
