Because of her experience caring for a family member with mental illness, Sara is no stranger to understanding the stigma associated with those diagnosed with a mental disorder. Therefore, she provides her clients and their families with compassion and understanding.
Consequently, Sara is highly passionate about abolishing the stigma associated with seeking treatment while improving all access to mental health care. In her free time, Sara enjoys reading self-improvement books, traveling, and enjoying the company of those she loves.
