This group will provide a safe place for adult women who have experienced sexual trauma to heal and break free from the shame and stigma that comes with this all-too-common problem. The group will provide education about abuse and the effects on sexual development and teach skills that can aid recovery. These include assertive communication, boundary setting in relationships, mindfulness, and rebuilding a positive relationship with your body and your own self care. It will be a safe and confidential place to share, engage, and resolve.
