As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my approach to counseling is to incorporate a range of strategies to best promote growth and healing. I see individuals of all ages and stages. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness based techniques, with a specialty in play therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
Services are in-person! My office has a relaxing and comfortable environment and for those younger clients, an area designated for play therapy.
