About
My approach to counseling is client focused while offering guidance through the healing process. We will work together as a collaborative team to identify the treatment path that is suited for your needs. Through my experience as a counselor, I have been witness to individuals being able to gain an inner strength that allows them to find their own direction and progress through the more difficult aspects of the counseling process. I will provide a supportive, encouraging and non-judgmental environment that allows for comfort through challenging and difficult situations, with a hopeful end result of personal growth.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families who are affected by substance abuse, families involved within the child welfare system, parenting, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem concerns, and facilitation of psycho-educational groups.
