You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m a queer therapist based in Portland OR and I specialize in working with adolescents. With over 10 years in higher level of care settings I’m experienced navigating eating disorders, trauma, identity, depression and anxiety. Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from their bodies, stuck in patterns around food, or overwhelmed by internal pressure they can’t quite name. Often, there’s a deeper story underneath—of trying to cope, to feel safe, or to find a sense of control in a world that hasn’t always felt affirming. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that your symptoms make sense in context. We will explore what patterns of behaviors have been doing for you—and begin to build new, more sustainable ways of relating to yourself. I specialize in working with queer youth. I offer in person sessions in Lake Oswego, OR
We know mental health symptoms don't happen in a vacuum, I love working with families as a whole and individuals.
