When you live with a chronic illness, this cycle tends to be never-ending and always evolving with ongoing symptom management. There may be days when you feel so isolated and alone due to your diagnosis and hope feels very out of reach. As someone who has lived with a chronic illness for more than 10 years, I hope to provide my clients who are experiencing chronic illnesses the space where they can be heard and understood, while also exploring new coping skills and tools to better manage their health and well-being.
I pride myself in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that my clients can step into on their best days, worst days, and every day in between. Our Chronic Illness Community Group at Kula Wellness Group is designed for adults navigating the physical, emotional, and social impacts of chronic illness who are ready to connect with others and explore strategies for managing their journey with greater ease and hope. This group will provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to process their experiences, build resilience, and learn evidence-based tools to improve their quality of life.
