I'm a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and my specialty is working with couples and individuals who are facing relationship challenges. The Grief Recovery Support Group is currently closed. To participate in a future support group, please contact Sara at (801) 803-3427 or collins.mft@gmail.com. Participants will experience sensitive, gentle and supportive caring in an environment of safety and confidentiality. Together we will explore the myths we've been taught about grief and loss and regain a sense of joy and vitality for our lives. Requires an 8-week commitment.
