With over twenty years of experience in the counseling space, I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, trauma and cultural differences, and am also particularly interested in performance-based stress among high achieving students, athletes and families and the transition to adulthood for young people. Within my role at Windhorse, I also maintain a focus on parent counseling and coaching.
Leaning heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I work to help clients shift their perspectives and be kinder to themselves. I believe strongly that creating healthy habits around self care can be the most impactful coping skills. With quirky analogies and a strong sense of humor, my work with clients aims to make sense of our complex emotional experiences.
