Life can be challenging and you don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I take a collaborative approach to working with individuals, couples and families from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns. Grounded in a trauma-informed framework, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. While life can be challenging, meaningful support can foster personal growth, strengthen self-compassion, and help individuals recognize their inherent strengths. I also specialize in grief and loss counseling, helping clients find a meaningful path forward after loss.
I work with concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress, relationship challenges, ADHD and trauma. As an integrative therapist, I draw from a variety of theories and techniques, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I am also attuned to the complexities of international life transitions.
Grief and unexpected change can make people feel deeply alone, but you do not have to carry the weight of loss by yourself. Therapy offers a place to speak openly about what you are experiencing and to begin rebuilding a sense of stability, meaning, and connection. I value building a warm therapeutic relationship where clients can move forward with healing.
