I infuse therapy sessions with trauma-informed care as many of us have past experience with feeling a lack of safety, control, or power. With the use of an integrative therapy approach + AASECT certification in sex therapy + training in relationships, anxiety, and trauma, it is possible to find fulfillment and authenticity.
