I work with both adults and children experiencing anxiety, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and stress-related challenges. I help individuals dive deeper into their thoughts and explore what inner workings may be holding them back from their highest potential. With a background in the corporate world prior to becoming a therapist, I also help many working professionals manage anxiety and stressors by providing psychoeducation and utilizing cognitive behavioral interventions.
Additionally, I have specialized training in working with individuals diagnosed with ADHD to overcome challenges including low frustration tolerance, impulse control, and emotion regulation. When working with children, I also work closely with the parents or caregivers on other interventions in the home that may be helpful.
Everyone's needs are unique. I offer a space for clients to explore their thoughts, struggles, and overall goals, while providing tools and education to help overcome obstacles and make lasting changes.
