I am passionate about helping children and teens - and supporting their parents to not merely survive, but to thrive in their social realms. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and their families in various treatment contexts.
My approach is relational and creative and tailored to each client. I am devoted to providing empathic care and support to those with psychosocial difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression and attentional issues, in addition to all the normative, developmental challenges and shifts experienced throughout our lifetimes.
I believe that establishing trust, comfort and rapport within the therapeutic relationship is of preeminent importance. My warm and genuine posture serves to foster an environment in which clients feel safe, are willing to take risks, address their hurdles, change patterns of thinking, and achieve their goals.
