About
December 2022: Currently accepting new clients (in-person in Arlington Heights and virtual). I'm here to listen, and I'm here to help. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and collaboration with my clients. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can share your experiences and feel safe and understood.
I enjoy working with adults on such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, difficult life transitions, divorce, blended families, parenting, self-esteem, and developing your sense of identity. My treatment approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy.
I know that life can provide obstacles, unexpected changes, and everyday stressors that can challenge our sense of balance. I encourage everyone to come as they are without fear of judgement.
