I support youth navigating stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and challenges with coping and emotional regulation. Using a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, I incorporate play, creativity, and connection. I follow each young person’s lead and tailor therapy to fit their unique needs and strengths.
