Do you crave authenticity and meaning in life? Are you navigating pivotal life changes and want to adjust well? I strive to create a secure therapy space to collaborate with clients in increasing value and meaning in their lives.
Trained in Gottman therapy, I use a direct, practical, and empathetic approach to enhance confidence and relationship skills. I value a holistic approach and collaborate with other health providers. I can also incorporate Christian perspectives but work with people from diverse spiritual backgrounds.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University, and additional coursework from Universidad de la Mancha in Spain and Focus on the Family Institute. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
