Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, or depressed? I work with individuals to develop skills to enhance their ability to cope with stressors, manage their symptoms of mental illness, and find healthier ways to balance life’s needs. I am passionate about empowering the strengths and supporting the goals of the individuals I serve. I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based, holistic approach to counseling to focus treatment on your entire self rather than only addressing the symptoms you may be currently experiencing. My therapeutic orientation is derived from Cognitive
Theory, often integrating interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy depending on individual needs and goals. I have provided counseling services to diverse populations with anxiety, depression, bipolar, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia.
personable, and mindful that we are all human has allowed me to develop meaningful rapport with clients. It is my goal to empower you to reach your own goals, to support you as you develop skills to balance life’s challenges, and to encourage you as you build upon your strengths to tackle the difficulties that we often face.
