Stressed with- gestures broadly at world- all of this? We're coping with dark humor over here. I specialize in OCD and anxiety, but feel free to bring whatever you got. I enjoy working with, and protecting, all letters of the LGBT+ community and I strive to provide trans-affirming care. My goal is to give you a safe and nonjudgmental space to bring whatever you've got going on, help you make sense of it, and learn how to cope. The horrors may persist, but so do we.
My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD. Together, we will decide what approach fits you best and tailor treatment to meet your needs.
Therapy is hard work, but the results can be so worth it. I would be happy to work with you with respect, a bit of humor, and a deep commitment to providing you with the best care for your unique concerns. Reach out by email or phone when you're ready.
