From my own journey with mental health, I understand how exhausting and frustrating it can be to get the help you need within the traditional mental health system. I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years. I currently work primarily with individual adults. My experience includes treating trauma, depression, anxiety, autism as well as grief and loss. I currently offer in-office Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), as well as traditional individual therapy sessions.
