Hello! Thank you for thinking about inviting me on your journey. It is courageous work to explore the depths of who we are. I truly believe that we are all our own best healers and that we all have the necessary inner resources to guide us. I value working with people on a continuum where both vitality and suffering is explored. How we are able to hold space for both times of ascent and times of descent, in our lives, is crucial in creating harmony and balance. Being able to stay fluid with the complexities in life, especially as it relates to trauma, change, grief, and loss, is elemental.
I blend healing modalities from the east and the west and I believe in the power of somatic and psychotherapy. I pay close attention to how both the brain and body are impacted by trauma. I utilize talk therapy, breath and energy work, body work,
co-meditation, plant medicine, food as medicine, and animals and nature as parallel healers.
When it comes to trauma and stress, whether acute, chronic, or complex, it can get buried very deep in the mind and body because that is what is needed to be done to survive. This, then, impacts the way we are able to be in relationship with ourself and others. Paying attention to this, is the first step. I'd welcome the opportunity to take this with you.
