I integrate EMDR, somatic strategies, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness to help you process trauma, regulate overwhelm, and strengthen skills for daily life.
I offer collaborative, affirming therapy paced to your readiness. My work is neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+, ENM, and kink-affirming, creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself.
