I specialize in working with teens and young adults with anxiety, panic, OCD, ADHD, and trauma. Some choose to focus on understanding their triggers and learning strategies to gain control over their symptoms.
My approach is holistic, drawing insight from the biological, psychological and social factors in your life. I rely on a combination of evidence-based cognitive tools, body awareness (somatic work), and Mindfulness-based techniques to build more helpful, flexible ways of responding to thoughts and feelings. We'll work together to find the best fit.
I bring my authentic self to sessions, and aim to create a safe and inviting space for you to do the same. I'm adept at helping put words and context to feelings and experiences, and flexing toward what is important in the moment.
