I’m Sara, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) committed to empowering lasting healing and resilience through evidence-based therapy. By bringing advanced training and years of clinical experience I love to help adults navigate all kinds of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and divorce and child custody.
I’m a Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant through EMDRIA. I also volunteer with TR-HAP as a member of their faculty as a EMDR training facilitator. I pursued advanced training by auditing courses through Bowen Law School to acquire the skills and understanding to assist clients who are dealing with the divorce or child custody process.
At some point in this life I believe we all need counseling. Life is hard, unpredictable and quite an adventure. I love to work with my clients to let go, move forward and heal from the challenges of the past and prepare for the adventures of the future.
