Hello, I'm Sara Betti. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working as a therapist for the past 10 years. I am interested in helping clients with their own personal growth by making changes in their life to avoid repeating old patterns. My approach is a client-centered one, that is supportive and non-judgmental. I get to know and understand my clients in order to find out what's most important for them to work on in therapy.
In my practice, I work with clients who are experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, difficult life transitions as well as drug and alcohol problems.
