I support people to balance their nervous system by contextualizing their experience within the Polyvagal theory. I work with attachment wounding to rewire the neural circuitry of the brain and utilize somatic experience to create an internal sense of safety. This will create a loving and kind environment to come home to when all other coping skills are not working. With commitment to the process and yourself, your life is guaranteed to change. I utilize blends of Spiritual Psych, IFS, EMDR, Gestalt, Existential, Somatic Experiencing, Solution Focused, PACT and Positive Psychology.

I specialize in nondenominational spiritual psych, grief, relationship struggles, women's issues and finding one's soul purpose. I utilize EMDR, SE and IFS to assist in developing an understanding and rewiring of the brain to create openness to new possibilities. I develop deep relationships with each client and teach new ways of communicating.
Those that seek out my services want to change, take responsibility for the choices that they have made, apply what they are learning in their sessions about themselves and are willing to be vulnerable with themselves and others in their life. It takes courage to dive into the shadow parts of oneself, because that is where new life begins.

Groups
Gestalt Process Group

Group work offers members an opportunity to see and be seen by others, which has been proven to offer reprieves from depression and anxiety. Gestalt groups will be conducted in person and online. In groups we get to heal the unhealed parts of ourselves. We will use somatic processing, interacting, introspecting and learning about boundaries. Interactions focus on themes of difference and inclusion, offer a social justice perspective, and stress the importance of choice and awareness. Group Members will walk away with tools to be more connected to themselves as well as others.
